Is there a substitute for VTL5C3 Vactrol? everyone seems out of stock on these or the price is too high.

I didn't check stock at Magic PArts or CEDist, but their prices don't seem out of line.
Allied is out of 5C3, but you ought to be able to use the 5C3/2, and they have 10,000 of those in stock at $5.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned. -

Honestly I don't know if that is a center tap of the 5C3 value, or if it is two 5C3 values, one on either side. An ohm meter should tell the tale quickly enough though.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.Comment
