Farfisa VIP 345-S . SAJ180 alternatives?

Hello all!
i am repairing a vip 345-s which has 11 SAJ180 dividers and want to replace them all.
the question is that I'm not sure if HBF4740AE is compatible to SAJ180.
i cant find a data sheet for this so if anyone knows....

Both dividers have the same pin arrangement.

The only difference: pin 14 of the SAJ180 is connected to -V, pin 14 of the HBF4740 is not connected.
