What about C71 and the possibility of line and neutral swapped?
Surely C71 is not needed although rated at 250v?????

It was a very long shot and was kind of off topic but if the conditions were right to produce a fault ie
If C71 were to become leaky and the line and neutral swapped, say via an improperly wired extension
and the earth/ground was missing there could be mains to the chassis.
Similar to the death cap situations.I figured from your response you would be aware of any blunders there ,
so thought it best to keep quiet!
