I'm having a hard time tracing around the DC power. This guy is not powering up and I figured I would at least trace it to a diode. A schematic would help me search parts

Could you show a pic or a link to your pedal? Is this the one where you could change out cartriages?
If so I can find the schematic for the dock.

Here is what I have on the Dock:

Be aware that, first of all, a cartridge must be installed for the power supply to fully operate.

Secondly, there is a boot sequence that involves a transfer of data from the dock to the cartridge.

And back again to the dock.

So it's not simply a matter of 'turning on'.
