Yamaha EMX512SC power supply

Hello! Newb question here, looking for a little help in diagnosing this one. What would the most likely possible causes be for this PS to overdraw current and trip the building's circuit breaker immediately when power is turned on?
My theory on SMPS is fairly weak. This is in a Yamaha EMX512SC powered mixer. See attached schematic.

If the fuse on the PSU is OK I would guess the problem is the line filter. It has either a live to neutral short or leak, or a live to earth leak.
