Considering the tubes are out, that seems quite high.
Maybe a bad main filter or a bad rectifier diode?

Thanks G1- That would have been my thoughts too, but AC after the rectifier is very minimal, and the D1 diode is brand new. I'll go through the caps again in case I made an error when testing them. Simply placing another cap of equal value in parallel should tell me which one is bad, right?
C15 in play mode- 200AC from standby switch/ 25AC after the cap.

My comments in post #20 were about the 450v main high voltage supply. You should not have 45VAC there with tubes out. Check diodes and caps in that section of the supply.Originally posted by EnzoI have a sign in my shop that says, "Never think up reasons not to check something."
