What are you guys using to replace these? I am having a hard time finding them and those on eBay are probably fakes.

According to the datasheet, the MJ11022 is the same thing- just with a higher voltage rating. Those are available here:

FWIW: Just checked. Mouser has them, also. I didn't mean you had to get them from Digikey. Just pointing out that they are available. Pick your source.
