ANyone here familiar with Shawnee Sound from Saint Louis circa 1973? I think the main tech guy - or even the whole company for all I know - was a guy named Pooh.
I connected with a St.Louis band Stanley Steamer that year, toured with them maybe half a year. Pooh had made the speakers for the PA, as well as put together the system electronics. Phase Linear 700 amps, big 2x15 cabs with JBL horns, some kind of custom rewires Sunn mixer. Floor wedges. Also 2x15 cabs for the bass rig.
I am trying to remember details of that gig, and the sound system is a blank for me.
