XLR pinout ?

I just pulled my Tech 21 TM-10 out of moth balls gotta love this little sucker.
I remember having info on the XLR pin out but an't find it. It may have been in the manual which i cant find and they don't have on line. I want to whip up a cable with a f-male XLR on one end and two f male 1/4 jacks on the other.
I'm not sure i it was stereo or not though. I can jumper it together but a link to the pinout or a schematic would be nice.
