Loose input jack

Hi, I have a Marshall MG-15 CDR amp and the input jack is loose. When I connect my guitar it's like the cable doesn't "click". When I pushed the cable to the right I got some sound and I tried with another cable. At first it started working but then it stopped.

I opened the amp and tried to tighten it, but there's no way to do that. It's shielded. Any ideas?

Once a jack like that is sprung, there is little to do for it, so you replace the jack.
