I am currently working on a Behringer GMX212 guitar amp. The customer has broken off four control shafts! Two are pots, and two are in the effects circuit, which are rotary switches. I spent a decent amount of time trying to find Behringer's parts department, service, etc...again and again, they direct me to a site called "musictribe". It's some sort of forum! After more time than I wanted to spend on this, I realize maybe there is no way to get genuine Behringer parts? Do any of you know how to get these parts?
