Here's a source for THIN – stainless 3/8" internal tooth lock washers if you're interested

I personally can't stand using the thick-ass internal tooth lock washers, with like 5 teeth when installing pots and 1/4" jacks.
I found a ebay seller who sells a 50 count of stainless, thin style internal tooth lock washers for $10.95 or so ("free" shipping). I don't know the seller, and don't get anything for plugging his listing, but I've ordered some and they were just what I was looking for. I don't think its a bad price for those of you who might be interested.

You can get these for $7/100. Thickness Max 0.040" - Min 0.032". That's about 3 matchpacks. I guess ebay ones are a bit thinner at .022
I order craploads from here so shipping gets distributed amongst all parts. They also have brass inserts i use for neck inserts on teles and strats.

I like Albany fasteners as well for stainless hardware.
