Jbl SRX 828p

Good day

I have 3 amplifier modules Jbl srx 818p, 835p and 828p all 3 are stuck on protect. Ive tested the output mosfets they seem fine. There's no signs of component damage. Can anyone provide a schematic perhaps? Or has anyone successfully diagnosed this problem?

What indicates that the units are in 'protect'?
I don't see a protect led.

The unit powers on. Display shows protect.

Have you tried contacting JBL? They've helped me out with schematics in the past.

Yes I have. They can only help with replacement boards. Can you provide me with a srx 800 series schematic it will be highly appreciated
