I have this amp when shutting down it makes a loud puff sound through speakers. Have checked connections and solder with no results. Thanks in advanced. Is an oldie want to keep it at home setup. Thanks

A lot of amplifiers make a turn-off thump. IS there some reason to think this one is a defect? Did it not do this at an earlier time?

Solid state amps often do this, and the voltage in them is limited to what the power supply offers. And that means the loudest the thump can be is no louder than the loudest output signal can be. SO if the speakers will handle the loudest amp output, they will handle the thump.

Enzo is loud enough to damage speakers, maybe like a bleeder resistor, any suggestions would be appreciated.
