Binson echorec tuning eye

Hello: Someone wants me to check out their Binson echorec echo recording unit. He says it works great except the tuning eye doesn't move. Does anyone have any experience with this unit, and is there a schematic available?

They probably used a 'Magic Eye' tube.

While I'm at a temporary pause working on the Lombardi 8-Ch mixer that has a Binson Echorec Delay system built in, and it doesn't have the Magic Eye, there's information here at this following Link, found in the other Link that covers all you'd want to know on their system.....apart from providing schematics
