DI box without phantom protection

I haven't tried in a mixer yet but I'm so curious that I could already do it with my sound card where I measured 50V without load both between pins 2-1 and 2-3

Mixer, sound card, 48V power supply,..... it doesn't matter. Phantom power is phantom power.
