I’m repairing for a customer a behringer pmp5000.
I thought I had a blown amp module hca2400 and installed a new one. The amp won’t turn on. I have audio signal to the inputs of the amp module, I have the +/- 80 volt rails, +/- 12 volts, my “off” signal sits around -10 volts on pin 6 from the harness from the smps to the power amp. I think this needs to be negative for the amp module to turn on. I changed the cyn17-3 opto just in case this was not switching the -15volts to the amp off.
I have even forced the -15volts to ensure I had -15volts to the amp “off” connection on the amp module.
I read someone else has similar issues. Did you have any luck. I am assuming I was sold a new amp module from the importers.
