    Yeah, he's alright I guess.

I actually tell people about Juan sometimes. Having the knowledge, ingenuity and skill to make so much of what he uses. People always ask me why he doesn't just buy, for example, speakers. You can't really explain to a non tech why the speakers Juan could have bought weren't good enough and getting ones that were would have been prohibitively expensive because of politics and geography. So they just figure he's a super nerd that likes it that way. But WE know him as a "working man" that rolls up his sleeves and solves problems. Just happens that he's better at it and more industrious than anyone else I know.

I finally got over to the other building to scan the Voice Coil Magazine's 2009 LIS Loudspeaker Source Book's speaker listings. I've attached that in two pdf files...one lists the speaker mfgrs around the planet, the other a company compendium of all those involved in any way with loudspeaker work from around the planet. I was expecting to receive the 2021 or 2020 Loudspeaker Source Book, but thus far, haven't received it.

It appears so. I just realized there was a third long list.....The ADDRESS LIST. I'll have to go back and scan that one and add it to what I just attached. Trying to find any of those listed without the contact info is a royal PITA. Sorry about that.

I noticed JBL and McCauley aren't even listed, nor was Electro-Voice. So much for it being thorough.

I have scanned the ADDRESS LIST from the magazine. My apologies for not being able to fold the stupid magazine open enough to get the first column clearly legible with border ahead of it. Flat binding prevented that, and while just ripping it apart to get past it was a thought, I resisted that.

In the latest Audio Voice publication, which is an on-line addition from Voice Coil and Audio Amateur Magazine, it had a link to the 2022 Loudspeaker Industry Sourcebook. I was hoping to get it in print, but, I downloaded the 44M file, and extracted the current listing for all of the OEM Loudspeaker mfgrs, as well as the Contact List to them here.

Also in the Sourcebook are listings of all the companies globally who produce the discrete components that go into the loudspeakers, as well as passive parts used in crossovers, and such. I didn't include them, but can do so if requested.
