Help identify transistor

anybody know this reference? I don't find anything.

It's a Motorola. If it were a Japanese transistor, the B would signify 2SB, but it would the read 2SB9634, which I don't think exists. As it's Motorola, my thought is the B may be the gain grouping and it's an MPS9634B. Interested to see what others think.
