Crate PM82T Peak Lights on continuously

I have a Crate PM82T powered PA mixer that has the peak led's lit for all the channels except 1. I can't find a schematic anywhere for this model and I'm not familiar with how that circuitry works. It uses 2 NJM4580L dual op amps in each channel. The voltages feeding the Op amps are + and - 15 volts so that seems ok. There is no hum on the DC and none of the controls or switches makes a difference. Anyone have any ideas on what to look at?

So i figured this one out. Turns out there must be some kind of ground that's happens when the channel boards are mounted back into the faceplate. When I put it all back together the problem went away and it works fine.
