Looks like an Oxford speaker.

Peavey made their own speakers at one time. Also, Eminence factory was not far away.

Another possibility is that the speaker was made by Rola. See if you can make out the numbers before the "8010" - that might give us a better lead to go on.

Update- Rola speaker codes start with 285.

Basket pattern is typical for 10" Oxford speakers.
Look up pictures of an Oxford 10L5 for example..
