I need to troubleshoot a wierd intermittent issue with a V12 that is hanging off the ceiling of a local multipurpose performance space. It can be reached off of a 20-foot stepladder. Really don't want to take the whole thing down. Contemplating pulling the power amp on the assumption that I should be able to unplug it from the drivers and get it safely to the ground. Being class D I'm hoping that it won't weigh all that much. Really would just like to know what to expect before I'm up this ladder suffering major regret.
Tannoy appears to be part of the Behringer empire now and my experience of trying to get support from them on a different matter in the past was wholly fruitless.
