ATI PARAGON ll MASTER SECTION HELP OR PARTS

I have a output section on a Paragon ll giving me noise on one output channel both directly on the UV and the output, crackling sound. It's on the last output section 8 / 16a16b of the EAR and Wedge. looking for parts or a complete board. Sim cards section boards. any one have parts are know who may? R16 Resistor was blowing been repaired and working as well the Mute and Solo circuit in the picture.
