Just watched the Band in Work clip as well. Something I wasn't expecting was when the guitarist picked up a stomp box (delay pedal?) and did some real-time tweaking. I thought that was a really nice performance-oriented move and exactly the kind of thing that makes the band distinctive. Just the thing that I like. Oh, and I like Sentience as well.
