Marshall scem Faded--Help !!

I have a DSL 100H schematic here--this is the Vietnam version . It is really faded and half un-readable .

The amp i have has burnt the filament resistors , they are open and cooked the bands. I am assuming these are 100 ohm / 3w ??
If someone can tell me the values of these that would be awesome !! R86 / R90

main pcb is DSL100-60-00 Issue 1

Sounds like an output tube went south on you.
