I don't know if this will help being a different model. I'm pretty sure I got this info from Chauvet directly, so you might reach out. the hand drawn connection diagram probably won't help much, as I can't even read it!

Cheers I figured it out in the end was bad stepper drivers caused by a bad psu magic smoke time
