Randall RG 80 4-10 schematic needed

Reverb no worky and it has a 120 HZ hum of about 120 mv. on the output. I've been peeling my eyballs at this one all day. Signal caps are marked out. Can't see the values. 24 volt supply to a 1458 IC. Not a split supply like the one at schematic heaven. Reverb pan not the problem. Connections good.
Just a shot in the dark. Thanks for the help if you can give it!

The reverb works now. the reverb send jhack was shorted. It's PCB mounted. I took it off and it read 59 ohms. I just soldered the reverb send line dirctly to the board. Now it has a high pitched squeal and it still has the hum.

Are you sure the send & receive are in the correct sockets?
Try reversing them.
