Looking on the Line 6 Tech site, there doesn't appear to be any service literature for the Express. Just the full size one & the short board versions.

Thanks and please is it possible to get schematics for other FBV series foot controller (FBV4, short, full size) ?
I'm also interesting in older FB4 foot controller schematic.

I've just found older FB4 schematic.



Channel change in current bank is via momentary switches - different resistors connects to ground = different voltage values sending to POD / amp.
7414 restores serial clock and data store signals from serial data from POD / amp for 74595 serial / paralel IC with channel on/off LEDs on outputs. Vcc is 5V.

But I'm afraid, new FBV series is different, because of it seems there'se one more signal at RJ45 connector on Spider 30 amp schematics. Maybe it's serial clock. Also Vcc is higher, about 8-9V.
