Come on Lowell, you know the drill. What are the board numbers?
Just from your description, I;d be thinking a small value electrolytic is dried up in the signal path.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

Without a board number, I can;t look up the schematic. Look on the circuit boards for numbers like PC5033. I have a hundred schematics, I can;t post them all.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.

Every board should have a PC number on it somewhere on the solder side.

Kustom doesn;t, but AES might. They have a huge supply of old Kistom boards for sale, and some original parts as well, might even have this one. I have not checked, since my collection is pretty good, but they may have documentation.
In fact, that is something I should look into.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
