My Tone pot not working! Please help!

Im wiring up my ibanez and my Rockfield fatass (neck)'s tone and volume arnt working well, im using a DPDT on-on-on as my selector, and a DPDT on-off-on for coil tap and my volumes not responding well and tones completely not working.
So please help. What Capacitor should i use? and what k pots?
