Hughes & Kettner Switchblade 100

Does anyone have or know where to get the schematics for the Hughes & Kettner Switchblade series of amplifiers? I have one in the shop with no output and of course it would be grand if I had service information before I start poking around for with the signal generator and tracer. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I emailed H&K and they return emailed me the 45 page pdf service document for the amp within 24 hours. Great response.

Didn't need the schematic

Just and FYI to all of you switchblade repairmen reading this thread. The amp I had in my shop had one power tube that was pulling high current though it was not "shorted". That was enough to blow the HT fuse in the amp. That is all that was wrong. If your amp has no output, check those power tubes and that fuse. The fuse in question is FU1 the T630ma fuse on the back panel. Remember that an ohm reading on a fuse does not always show them to be bad. Check for HT voltage at capacitor C1's positive terminal with the amp in play mode.

HELP!!

I just got a switchblade and everything works fine on the head, but the MIDI stageboard does nothing... I've tried the factory reset but it hasn't helped. The LEDs all turn on when plugged into the MIDI Thru input but it does not switch the setting on the head. PLEASE if anyone has any ideas as how to fix this it would be much appreciated! Thanks
