Does anyone have a schematic for a Peterson 520 Strobe Tuner? I've got one that probably has power supply issues and I'd like to get some voltage readings.
Thanks
Are the bulbs blackened inside? Might be time for a new set. Make sure those little push-on connectors at the top of the light board are making good contact.
The bulbs and disc motor are two separate circuits.
Are you using the internal microphone or something plugged in? If you are plugging a signal source into the jack, try more than one source.

What about if the motor will not spin? I see no shorts in the motor drive circuit. Bulbs look good. I have a Fluke 8600A and when I probe the HT on top of the bulb board all 3 bulbs light just fine until the meter changes to a higher range... When the unit is powered on the motor will lock into a stepped position. I can turn it with a wooden probe and it seems to be free. It just jumps to the closest step and freezes there. Spins free when unit is turned off.
The bulb circuits and motor circuits are unrelated. Replace the bulbs when they stop working or get so blackened you can't see patterns well. Peterson probably will sell them, I know I have a bunch in stock.
There are three caps for the motor, they are suspect, but also note your motor is a load for a push pull driver. Is the output of that stuck? Or is ther a signal there that varies as you select different notes?
Your schematic is a newer version of the 520,, is it in fact the proper drawing for your 520?
