With regards to sharing the Crate schematics from Loud Technologies, they require a liability waiver & nondisclosure (no redistribution) agreement prior to sending their schematics. Fair enough. I found their service to be polite & helpful on the telephone; also, quick turn-around time on emailing the schematics, no charge.
