Don't remember if I tried here and it's a long shot but I'm in need of the schem for the newest version of the M-108 eq. I have one that has the volume and gain led's blinking that says that it's clipping but it's not-nothing's plugged in. Scoped the inny and outie and there is no clipping present and all the sliders ARE functioning so whatever detects and times the blinking is doing it. Voltage is stable into the led's so it's switching the ground on and off but trying to track down the traces is like trying to count hairs. Need the schem for the version with the gain, volume controls and led's. Yeah, it's mine or I wouldn't waste the time!~ Mike.

Nobody here either? Jeez, this must be the best kept secret since Bin Laden! Anyhow, tried mxr and of course, they won't help other than to say THEY will fix it. I KNOW they'll just throw it away and ship another one. The search continues.

Hi, I can't help you on that one since I am looking for that schematic too.

The one I have for repair emits pops and rumble. It sounds a lot like a faulty coupling cap in the first stages of the unit. And no, Dunlop won't give the schematic or more importantly the layout: a must have with these sm coponents and double sided boards!

Yeah, they ARE a pain in the ass to work on. Normally I'd tell people to throw it away and get another but THIS one's mine and I'm cheap. I already re-soldered a crap load of smd resistors and stuff and scoped the output and it's NOT clipping. What's funny is that I cold sprayed a couple of IC's and it not only started working, it kept working. Probably a bad IC but since it's not really clipping, I'll probably put it back on the pedalboard. I've got a couple of others but I DO like this one. If it takes a dump again, I'll either sit down and track it through or just use one of the others but I WOULD like to get a schem. I can't believe with all the places that I deal with, NOBODY has a copy. HMMMMMMMM!
