Does anyone have a schematic for a Barbetta Sona Elan SE-41 Powered Speaker?

$45.00 flat rate to repair at the factory.
    Amplifier only.
    Send it to them.

Thanks, Jazz P Bass! That's a great price for repair!
However, I still seek a schematic. Does ANYBODY have one?
Hopefully, someone, somewhere, somehow, has a copy of the schematic.

Actually, Barbetta's web site says: "Our minimum repair charge is a flat rate of $45, plus return shipping." In my opinion, this statement is very misleading. It seems they have a minimum repair charge of $45, not a flat rate repair charge of $45. If this is correct, repair fees can easily escalate to a much higher value.

I still seek a copy of the schematic if anyone can help.

The phone number on the Barbetta website is disconnected. I'm not sure if the guy is still in business. He's never responded to me in the past.

I think Tony is the owner of Barbetta. He seems like a terrific guy! I have discovered that Tony DOES answer email messages and phone calls and I think his products are great! However, customer service seems puny to non-existent. I tried, and tried, to obtain a schematic on the SE-41 and was told they "lost" the documents. I think Barbetta's newest telephone number is 805.876.5560. I think it is some type of free internet telephone service (Magic Talk?) that is very weird for customers who call Barbetta. In my personal opinion, I would never purchase a Barbetta product.

He just responded to my E-mail, so I guess he's on the ball now. But I called the number 2 days ago and it said it was disconnected.
