Is there more to the service manual? I also need to repair a CFX12, but these service manuals don't have a parts list. Mackie emailed me the schematics, but just the schematics, they don't send service manuals or parts list. Hi! I've found this very interesting website yesterday and it really helps. I'd just want to download your CFX BOM pdf file but it won't come out. And it only comes out in a white screen. Wait until the page displays "Get Manual" at the bottom.
The block diagram can be found on Page 5.
That may help in narrowing down what circuit is turning on the leds.

The led board is on Page 16.
I would first check Q13 for a shorted condition.
Then check IC U72 B pin 7 for an unwanted output.
If it is high, either somethiing before it is telling it to go high or the IC itself is at fault.Comment
