I find that Harmon is a difficult company to deal with, and that calling the factory in UK, there are much more helpful people working there. So if you really want help you are better off calling U.K. seriously. However you can try the office in Poland first and good luck to you.
When we work on studiomaster, we rely on our own experience, because we get very little help from Harmon. Kind of like dealing with some other companies we know...
