Hello, Nitro.
I assume you want to use this (well, let's just be polite and say crappy) DI box to connect DJ equipment to your sound system. If so, don't waste time with modifying it. Get one of those isolating transformers, like ART DTI or similar.

thanks for the advice but I already possess 2 boxes, use to connect guitars, basses, keyboards, etc., only I need to modify a pair of resistances to reduce its excessive sensibility.

OK, I have no idea how it is laid out on the board, but the switch has three positions. Basically one position is open, one position puts 10k across the balanced pair, and the third position puts 1k across it. If you explore with an ohm meter, you should find those resistances.
R9, R7 are for channel 1 and R10, R8 are for channel 2.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.
