Pyramid PMR9600 DJ mixer

I'm looking for a schematic for the above mentioned product. I have emailed and called the company that makes Pyramid gear, and I can't get any help from them. They didn't tell me it is not available, they just did not respond to any of my emails or phone messages. Does anyone have access to the schematic or know how I might obtain it?
