Vox Kensington bass amp schematic

I have a 1968 Vox Kensington that doesn't make a peep! It looks like a rats nest inside. This amp has G tuner. The power lite comes on and I hear the woofer activate but no signal gets thru. The amp looks like a High School shop project........
