  • Marshall AVT100 Footswitch Schematic

    Hello All,

I just picked up a Marshall AVT100 used and it did not come with the footswitch.
These things are very hard to find and am wondering if anybody has the wiring
diagram for the 4 BUTTON FOOTSWITCH that goes with this amp. I have read
that the AVT 6 button switch does not work with this model so any help would
    be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

First of all, there is not a schematic, per se, from Marshall.
    There are pieces, though.
You will need the 15 pin D connector, to start.
I have attached two pdf files that show the 'idea' of the footswitch.
The first file shows the front panel switched & LED's.
You could consider this the footswitch function schematic.
What is not shown is how to wire up the D connector.
That is on the second page.
You must follow where the front panel wires go from CNF5 to rear panel connector CNB5.
At CNB5 the wires go out to the footswitch, which you will have at this point.
    Kinda like connect the dots.

JPB, I don't think those footswitch files from post #2 are in there?
