Looking at this synthesizer schematics, there is no element IC12 (attach photo), the board number 440 000 087, or if anyone have a synthesizer, take a picture board with this element, and show here ...

    Thanks.
IC 12 was an option during stage of design.
In the current board's version it does not used and it's absent in the schematic.

If the device is malfunctioning, it is not for lack of the IC12.

Moreover, IC12's footprint pads on the picture show that IC12 has never been mounted.

        Sorry for delay.

In fact number of this chip is IC125 and it really does need to be.
The chip is TC7SH08FU – high speed 2-input AND gate.
You can replace it also with NC7SZ08.

The answer for your hmm... is below.

IC125 is used as a buffer for KSCLK (Key Scan Clock).
Without this signal key scan controller does not work at all and keyboard is dead.

Marks NIU sign "Not in use", that is not assembled.

            Good luck.

P.S. What bandit removed this chip from the board?

No one knows who is trying to make it.
