Resistors in heat shrink are usually mounted standing on end with the wire from the upper end exposed - so they sleeve it.

R1,3,8 are all open, so replace them, and if they are all bad, they I would replace R7 too.

With those resistors burnt out, then it is highly likely your output transistors are bad, T1,2,3,4.

Make sure your triacs are not shorted on the speakon board
