Hello does any one have the schematics for a Hughes &kettner attax 200 vintage series? My amp keeps blowing anti surge fuses. Please help

The Attax 100 schematic can be found here:Free Cloud Storage - MediaFire
It should be close enough to help sort out the problem.
Blown fuses can indicate a problem in the power supply itself or the output transistors may be shorted.

Hello, my electrician is having some problems with finding the fault in my amp. He has replaced the Darlington pairs that were shot but it still keeps blowing the anti surge fuses. He says the live and neutral are going to earth which should not be. Can any one shed any light on this. The schematic for the attax 100 is different (obviously) to the 200. He says its slightly different the way the power comes in to it.
Hopefully someone can help me with this please

Is your amp set for 115V, and you are using it on 230V, that woudl take out the fuse.
Check any capacitors conencted across active & neutral, for the attax 100 this is C70.
Remove the transformer secondaries & get the unit working with just the main transformer connected. If this still blows the fuse, you will need a new transformer.

Use a proper amplifier technician, not a house electrician.... it will save you a lot of time & money taking it to a proper person to get it fixed.
