    Hello Everyone.
Looking for Malatchi Electronic Systems P-40 Module Schematic.
I've searched high and low and can find no info on this module.
Checked musicpartselectronics.com but they don't have the P-40
I is a dual chan. preamp.
    Many Thanks

Looking for pinouts so I can power it up. Looks like power is on a 5 pin din type connector.

You will need to trace the connections down to the board and see where each pin goes.
That's about it, or have a tech do it for you.
There is no schematic, as far as I can find. But that does not mean it's impossible.
Or find a used power supply that was made for it.
Any tech should be able to find where the pins go..and tell you what voltage, etc...
Alice Lighting used to be Malatchi, try calling them to see if they can find the old documents.

Well, you will have to trace it.
Not much data available on early 70's "almost-homemade" stuff, which to boot gets listed in the "bizarre or goofy" Pro Audio listing.
Bizarre or goofy consoles from the old days?
Looks custom made for somebody who wanted to process his instrument or microphone through a mixing console channel strip, but didn't want to carry a full sized mixer, so he got just 2 channels, no Master or anything else, inside a 2U rack chassis.
I can easily imagine a guitarist/singer carrying it to some Club or Pub gig, and plugging his mics here, before sending the line out to the existing DJ equipment.
It has microphone input transformers and wouldn't be surprised to find RC4739 Op Amps (the 14 pin ones) plus a couple "741 family" ones (1458?) What was standard way back then.
To find the external PSU pinout remember that the Op Amps have +/- power pins, usually 8 and 4 in DIP8 duals ; 7 and 4 on DIP8 singles, no real standard on early DIP14 ones, so start reading and labelling those in the picture.
You'll be able to trace backwards from the ICs to the corresponding connector legs, so now you have 2 of them.
A third is ground, that leg you can find at once with the multimeter.
It *may* have some extra voltage, such as +5V for some logic chip.
Post a sharp clean close up picture of the DIN connector.
