"Nuff said. Looking for schematic. Got a LFO or something running at wrong time. Also, trying to see if it has a memory battery, like a CR sytle or something/ Mike.

        Roland RS-09 Service Manual

As close as I can get is the RS-09.
As far as I know, it is the 05's big brother (whatever that may imply)

Actually. the 09 is a different animal. It's just rs5 or rs9, not 09. I've got that one. Thanks though. Mike

Took it apart-no battery. Did find the power supply, which is a POS wall wart affair, had a flaky cord. MAYBE a voltage loss, low current type problem. Don't think so though, since it's done it for months and just NOW the supply is flaky but I fired it up first time and no LFO waxing it's dolphin. Try it at work fri so we'll see. Would STILL like to see a schem though. MIke.

Look at some of these, I see RS505, no idea if it is similar.

Been there Enzo. Thanks for the effort. Great source for synth stuff but they don't have the RS5/RS9. RS09 is as close as they get and it's a different beast. By the way, I did freeze spray for a while on this and found nothing. I'm kind of wondering if it was a PS problem. I fixed THAT and it seems ok for now bu the test will be when I get to work! Mike.
