May I suggest:
It sometimes help to use the right style. Use the term customer. As in, a customer brought us a rebel 20 for repair. We would like a schematic for this unit.Education is what you're left with after you have forgotten what you have learned.Comment

How come I just get a blank page when I try to view the pdf? I can't right-click and save file as either. I just get a gif image with the name clear.Originally posted by mozwell View Post

Linking to remotely hosted files works just fine.
We've known for a long time that forum uploads don't work.
