    True enough however the bass cap is 0.47uF and the mid cap is 0.22uF, both 1/10th of the BF values. Any ideas on why that is what works in their op amp tone stack?

      ?? Not sure how you're getting that.

      .47/5 = .094, close to the BF value of .1. .22/5 is.044, close BF value of .047

      Divide the cap values by 5 and multiply the resistance by 5 for the factor.

        You're right- I was thinking of tone stacks with .047uF and .022uF caps. Not exactly BF although my favorite BF tone stack is the AB763 Super Reverb which has a .022uF mid cap...
