Found it. The datasheet for the BBD used in this delay has an app note at the end that provides a schematic and how to use the MN3011. It's all I needed to repair the unit I have.

I'd like to appreciate you for your great help with posting these wonderful schematics, I successfully built the SE-7 Delay machine, I have been searching to build a good reverb pedal using MN3011 for couple of years and at last you stopped me searching. I'm so happy with its amazing sound.

I am now 79 and I can't remember if it was late 60's or early 70's when I bought my Multivox Big Jam SE-12 Chorus. I still use it to this day. A good and faithful servant! I lost the battery cover somewhere and had to work on the battery connector many years ago. And, somewhere along the line the foot switch quit working. I would like to fix that. I may not be the one who does it but I'm sure that whoever does will appreciate this schematic almost as much as I do. Thank you so very much!
