I don't see schematic for EP4000. Both the pdf's posted look like EP2500. You sure this is schematic for 4000?

As far as I know, except for the toroid transformer, they are the same amplifier.

The EP4000 has higher V+ & V- rails, to achieve a higher output power.

In fact, the EP4000 weighs in at 48 lbs, where the EP2500 comes in at 36.6lbs.
